making, face painting, puppets, costumes and more... Presented by
Domenica Lovera, Glenna McBride, Joann Mc Millan, and Flying Heart
Puppets (all from the Oklahoma Arts Council).
calling all musicians: BATTLE
OF THE BANDS
-- Held on the outdoor stage, 5 pm Friday
TO COMPETE in the battle of the bands, come
to fest, pay at gate, then go to Volunteer Tent, get a wristband,
and go to the main stage. Be there by 4:30. After you play (10 -
20 minute set), return to Volunteer headquarters, get your ticket
money refunded, in all evening, enjoy the show...
WINNERS GET: $100, are hired on
next year's D2D show, and are eligible to go to the IBTC
International Blues Talent Contest in Memphis put on by the
Blues Foundation.
Winning there get's you a recording session, 1000 CDs, a tour and
